Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders are shipped as soon as possible. If your order has not updated yet, it may still be in the packing queue or waiting on carrier pickup. During busy or short-staffed periods, handling can take longer than usual, but we will do our best to get your order out quickly.
My order still says it is waiting to be shipped. Do you have an update?
If your order has not updated after several business days, contact us with your order number and we can check the status. In many cases, the order is already queued to ship or will ship out the same day.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Tracking is sent by email when your order ships. If you cannot find it or the tracking page has not updated, contact us with your order number and we can provide the carrier tracking number directly.
My tracking has not updated yet. Is my order still moving?
Carrier tracking can take time to update after a label is created or a package is picked up. If the tracking does not update after a reasonable amount of time, contact us and we can look into it with the carrier.
Can I upgrade my shipping speed after placing an order?
Sometimes. If the order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. We can check available options and let you know if upgraded shipping is possible and whether there is an additional cost.
Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping may be available on some items. Contact us with the item, delivery location, and desired delivery timeframe, and we can provide a quote when available.
Why is shipping higher on some products?
Large or heavy items, such as full roof racks and oversized components, may require heavier shipping methods. Smaller items, such as catalytic converter covers, usually do not require heavy freight-level shipping.
Do you ship internationally or to Hawaii?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are handled according to the condition of the item and the reason for return. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return process.
Is there a restocking fee?
A restocking fee may apply, especially for used, opened, or customer-error returns. Returns involving used parts or customer-selected changes have a 25% restocking fee.
Can I exchange lift spacers for a different height?
Spacer exchanges may be possible depending on the order, product condition, and time since purchase. If approved, you may need to pay the price difference for the new spacer height and include the required return/RMA form with the returned parts.
Can I return a product and apply the credit toward another item?
In some cases, yes. Contact us with your order number and the item you want instead. If the original item has been used or installed, a restocking fee may apply.
How long does a refund take?
Once a refund is processed, it usually takes a few business days to appear with your bank or card provider.
Do you provide return labels?
Return-label availability depends on the situation. Contact us with your order number and the reason for return so we can review the request.
What should I include with my return or exchange?

How do I know if a part fits my vehicle?
Use the Shop By Vehicle collections first, then confirm the product title and description match your year, make, and model. If you are unsure, contact us with your vehicle details and the product link.
Are Honda Element and Honda CR-V parts interchangeable?
Some parts are shared between platforms, but not all. For example, certain arms, camber bolts, and front lift spacers may overlap between Element and CR-V applications, while rear spacers can differ by chassis. Always verify the specific product listing or contact us before ordering.
Will a part fit if my vehicle has an existing lift kit?
It depends on the product and current setup. Include your lift height, wheel/tire size, and any existing suspension modifications when contacting us so we can give a more accurate answer.
Can you recommend a lift height?
Recommendations depend on the vehicle, tire size, intended use, and whether you want a level stance or more clearance. A popular setup mentioned in support replies is a slightly taller front lift than rear lift for some Honda Element/CR-V setups, but the best choice depends on your build.
Do lift kits increase payload capacity?
Lift kits mainly add clearance. Stiffer springs, such as Swift rear springs, can help support load and reduce sag, but lifting alone should not be treated as a payload-rating increase.
I have vibration after lifting my vehicle. What should I do?
Vibration can happen depending on lift height and drivetrain angle. Depending on your setup, an engine/subframe drop kit, camber kit, or supporting alignment components may help.

Are Swift springs and Bilstein shocks direct replacements?
For supported applications, the spring/shock combinations are generally treated as direct-install parts. Always confirm the exact product and vehicle fitment before ordering.
Will Swift springs help with rear sag?
Yes, Swift rear springs can help reduce sag and bring the rear of the vehicle closer to proper ride height, especially when the original springs are worn or the vehicle carries extra load.
Do you sell sway bar adapters?
Yes, Aerogenics support has confirmed availability of Swift springs and sway bar adapters for customers looking for those suspension components.
Do I need an engine drop or subframe drop kit?
It depends on your lift height and drivetrain behavior. If you are experiencing vibration after lifting, an engine/subframe drop kit may be recommended.
Can I mix Aerogenics lift parts with other suspension brands?
Possibly, but compatibility depends on the exact parts. Contact us with the brands, lift amount, and vehicle details before combining components.
Roof Racks, Ladders, MOLLE Panels & Cat Covers
What is the difference between the mini roof rack and full roof rack?
The mini roof rack covers the center portion and uses additional pieces to cover the ends. It can be a good option for customers who want a smaller setup or a path to upgrade later. Full roof racks are larger and heavier.
Will roof rack bars cover the moonroof?
On some setups, the bars may cover the moonroof area, but the bars can generally be removed depending on the configuration.
Are roof rack installation instructions available?

Are CR-V roof rack instructions available?

Do cat covers require heavy shipping?
Usually no. Heavy shipping is mainly for very large or heavy items such as full roof racks. Catalytic converter covers typically do not require the same heavy shipping category.
Do you sell security bolts for the Honda Element cat cover?
Yes, the site includes a security bolt set for the Honda Element catalytic converter cover.
Do you sell scratch-and-dent or used roof racks?
Used or scratch-and-dent roof racks are not always available. Contact us to check current availability or promotions.

Can I exchange wheel or lift spacers for a different size?

Can you quote wheels or custom wheel-related parts?

Do you offer brake upgrade parts?

I am missing hardware. What should I do?

Something does not seem to fit during installation. What should I send?
